How do I know on the website if the jewellery is real diamonds or CZ (Cubic Zirconia, diamond imitation)?
All jewellery with diamonds has a clear description of the diamond carat and quality. We only use diamonds of the highest standard. If the necklace has CZ, then it will be clearly stated in the product description.

Do you do custom orders?
We specialise in custom orders and have our own design team and manufacturing facilities, so offer the best prices, with guarantees.
Where do your diamonds come from?
We source diamonds from all over the world because we have close relationships with various vision holders in the industry. By buying in large quantities, we are able to pass on the savings to our customers.
Do you sell or share your customer information with other companies?
Absolutely not! All of our customer information is 100% secure. We do not sell or share any of our customers’ privileged information.
What payment methods do you accept?
The property accepts all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept wire transfers and Paypal. We currently offer financing options through a partnership with Affirm.
Can I cancel my order?
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and dispatched immediately after the order is placed. We incur irreversible costs during this process, including labor and raw materials. Therefore, while we understand that orders may sometimes need to be changed, we are unable to do so free of charge after a certain point in time. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you will be able to cancel it free of charge before credit is issued.
If you cancel your order after it is shipped, please follow our return policy. Cancelled orders will be treated as returns and will be subject to all applicable fees.
Orders that are rejected at the time of delivery will be charged all applicable fees listed above – including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
Customized or personalized jewelry is final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned for refund as these items cannot be restocked.
Can I return my item?
We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee program. We offer a risk-free retail environment, so buy with confidence that you can return your item at any time for a full refund. All refunds will be refunded to the original payment method used to place the order. Certain restrictions apply.
Orders over 2000USD will be subject to a 20% restocking fee as they are all custom orders
Warranty and Lifetime Maintenance?
Because we stand behind our products, we offer lifetime maintenance, which includes tightening any loose plugs and replacing any missing gemstones. Simply give us a call and we will instruct you on how to ship your jewelry back to us for maintenance free of charge. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs when shipping items back to us. A shipping fee of 100USD will be charged when shipping items back for repair.
Upgrade Policy?
We offer a lifetime upgrade policy for all watch and jewelry purchases. The upgraded item must be worth approximately 2x the original purchase value. Custom products are not eligible for upgrades.
Product Weight?
All product weights can be found in the product description, product title, or above the price. All weights are approximate as all jewelry is handmade and no two identical pieces will have the same weight.
Shipping FAQ?
How long will it take to receive my order?
At checkout, consumers can choose from 3 shipping options. Overnight, 2-Day Air, and 5-7 Business Day Free Shipping. All orders placed before 2pm will be shipped by FedEx the same day as long as we have stock. Please note that LUXURY JEWELRY only offers free shipping on orders over 100USD. Shipping charges are not refundable if the item is returned.
Do you ship to other countries?
Yes, we do ship worldwide. All international tariffs are handled by the customer in their respective area.
Can I have my order shipped to a different address?
Yes, all orders can be shipped to a different address. Once the order is placed, our shipping department verifies the address and if everything is verified, we ship. The customer is responsible for lost or misplaced packages if they are redirected to a FedEx facility or any other location other than the approved address.
Which shipping companies do you use and do you require a signature upon delivery?
We ship strictly via FedEx. We email the customer a tracking number for all orders once the package is created.
What type of warranty do you offer?
All jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty, if any jewelry needs polishing or gemstone reinforcement, please feel free to send it to us and we will meet your request. Herringbone and Ice Chains
Please note that due to the sensitive nature of this product, it does not qualify for our lifetime maintenance policy and cannot be returned for repairs.

Herringbone and Ice Chains are not accepted for returns unless they are in original condition, unworn, with tags attached, and are within our 15-day return policy.

If you have a custom request, it cannot be returned as we cannot reorder these items after customization.
